Our social enterprise (StarUp Wonders 星匠無限) operates the Project – 星匠計劃, a program dedicated to providing job opportunities and employment training for young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The aim is to enhance their career and vocational development, preparing them for future integration into the workforce.We hereby clarify that the Career SENse 星匠計劃 under The Boys’ & Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong— a two‑year program (for youth aged 16–24 with SEN, running until August 31, 2026) — has no connection whatsoever with our social enterprise’s 星匠計劃 There is also no collaboration between us in terms of services or fundraising.

StarUp Wonders was founded in 2019 by parents of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), self‑funded from the start. Over the past seven years, our Project “星匠計劃” has been diligently operated with the mission of helping young people with SEN discover limitless possibilities through art, build unique brands, and achieve self‑reliance. Since 2020, the initiative has expanded to create suitable working environments, diverse job opportunities, and employment training for this community. It is dedicated to broadening their horizons, building confidence, and supporting their integration into society.
Our vision is to encourage the public to re‑recognize the 1% of people living among us with intellectual disabilities, and to co‑create a caring, equal, and inclusive society.
